Creating Sacred Paintings: A Path to Peace, Balance, and an Open Heart I regularly perform practices to maintain balance and harmony in my life. These practices include visualizations, mudras, and breathing exercises, which help me stay centered and attuned to the creative process. When preparing to create a new piece, I cleanse the space both physically and energetically, creating a harmonious and pure atmosphere. It is thanks to these regular practices that I can create paintings filled with energy and light. In my works, I primarily use bright acrylic paints on canvas, applying a multi-layering technique, as well as using texture paste, filler, plaster, decorative glitter, gold leaf, acrylic markers, and contours. This allows me to create rich texture and depth, enhancing the emotional impact of the artworks. My process begins with the exploration of sacred geometry, mandalas, and the symbolism of forms and colors. I work with acrylic paint on stretched canvas, which allows for bright colors and diverse textures, ranging from smooth gradients to thick, impasto strokes. I make sketches and experiment with various compositions on paper before transferring them to the canvas. I often use metallic paints and gold leaf for their luminous quality. My technique involves applying layers of paint, allowing each layer to dry, and then adding details and highlights. I use a combination of brushes, palette knives, and my fingers to achieve the desired effects. I work intuitively, allowing the painting to develop organically as layers of material are applied. I continue to experiment with color, different materials, techniques, and the complexity of the drawing. My works are created in the style of abstract painting. To deepen the connection and synchronization, I play music tuned to specific frequencies matching the theme of the artwork. This may include singing bowls, mantras, or meditative music. My paintings are not just art; they are sources of strength and energy that help you find inner peace, achieve balance, and open your heart to new possibilities. |
