All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of my assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect to the provision of the stated services, in accordance with the applicable laws of Montenegro. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalized, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

1. Return and Refund Policy I do not accept returns. Before approval for shipping, I provide a photo of the artwork and a video recording of the packaging process. A photograph of the packaged artwork showing its condition is sent. Once the painting is handed over to the delivery service, I am no longer responsible for its transportation. If something happens to the painting, the delivery service is responsible for compensating the client. Digital goods: All digital versions of paintings (e.g., image files) are final and non-refundable.
2. Shipping Policy Notice: For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for customs clearance, VAT, etc. I am not responsible for any of these charges. I strongly recommend checking the applicable taxes and/or customs duties before placing an order. If the amount is significant, we can proceed with the transaction in another way (please send me a message for instructions). Delivery times: Delivery times range from 7 to 250 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the region and courier services. Delivery responsibility: Once the artwork is handed over to the delivery service, I am not responsible for any loss or damage during transportation. I recommend insuring the delivery, especially for international orders. Customs duties and fees: All customs duties and taxes associated with international delivery are paid by the buyer.
3. Additional Policies Copyright: All artworks presented on the website are copyrighted and belong to Vladilena Cherednichenko. You receive the right to personal use of the artworks, but you cannot sell, copy, transfer, or distribute them without my consent. Content usage: Any commercial use of images from my website is prohibited without written permission.

Website usage: You agree not to use my website for illegal purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of other users. Purchases: By placing an order, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the funds used for payment. I am not responsible for any errors in the purchase process.
